Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at www.dailaro.ie and the services provided by Dailaro (“I,” “me,” “my”). By accessing this website or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

I provide professional website design, development, maintenance, SEO, and logo creation services. All services are subject to a written agreement (a “Project Proposal”), which will be provided to you before any work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by late content may impact the project timeline. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all work at each stage of the project.

3. Payment

Payment terms, including the schedule and method of payment, will be outlined in your Project Proposal and subsequent invoices. All invoices must be paid by the due date specified. I reserve the right to pause or terminate work on any project with overdue payments.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final, completed project (e.g., the website design, logo files). I may, however, retain the right to use the project in my portfolio and marketing materials. Any third-party software, themes, or plugins used in the project remain governed by their respective licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall I be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the services. My liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
